As owner’s representatives, we help developers scale efficiently by integrating logistics, zoning, permitting, and capital flow into a seamless system. Our leadership spans single-family rentals, multifamily projects, and industrialized construction, while our advisors and investors bring institutional experience from banking, REITs, technology, manufacturing, architecture, and private equity. Together, we deliver the structure, strategy, and execution needed to accelerate housing development at scale.

Scott Bailey
CO-FOUNDER & CO-CEO
Before launching Bequall, Scott spent ten years at MassChallenge, the largest global non-profit accelerator in the world. In this role, he helped the organization grow to seven countries with nine annual programs and over 100 employees. During Scott’s tenure, over 2,344 startups were accelerated, creating over 100K jobs, generating $2.7B in revenue, and over $5B in funding.

Second-time founder with experience in venture capital, operations, fundraising, and public speaking. A passion for blockchain, crypto-economics, and web3. Focusing on go-to-market strategy, manufacturing, partnerships and fundraising. Was the first-time fund manager of Day One Investments and co-founded Ledger Atlas as CEO. -
Kevin Saba
CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
A seasoned real estate expert with 35 years of experience in full-cycle management. His expertise covers all aspects of real estate development, from legal analysis to finding operating efficiencies. He has spent the last several years focused on creating embraceable smaller living spaces, as demonstrated by his work on ADUs and microlofts.

Glenn Ford
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Before joining Bequall, Glenn Ford led West Coast operations for Volumetric Building Companies (VBC), overseeing one of North America's most extensive volumetric modular manufacturing facilities at 588,000 square feet. As SVP of Operations at ICON Aircraft, he quadrupled production output while implementing aerospace-grade quality systems. His executive experience spans organizations including Pratt & Whitney and Sikorsky Aircraft, where he developed the lean manufacturing, value engineering, and global logistics expertise he now applies to scaling modular housing delivery. -
Tucker Lyman
HEAD OF MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Tucker brings a diverse background of industry experience to help tackle the longstanding issue of housing supply and attainability. From manufacturing, to renewable energy, to 3D content creation, Tucker offers a unique perspective and solutions-driven approach to new product development and go-to-market initiatives. Skilled in sales operations, branding, market positioning, and distribution strategies.
