    A full bathroom with adjacent dressing area and vanity complements single floor, open concept living. Efficient, water-preserving fixtures and plumbing ensure ease of use and a more sustainable use of resources.

    Everything you need for daily use, or for hosting and entertaining guests. The complete set of all-electric kitchen appliances are thoughtfully positioned by the sink and countertop, with plenty of storage for your creative recipes.

    Delivered as a pre-fabricated unit, the Single Family Studio is ready to hook-up to awaiting electric, water, and sewer lines. Materials and appliances have been chosen based on their ability to help maximize utility and efficiency. Optional solar panels offer sustainable on-site electricity generation.
